Meet Drew Havrilla, Our Founder
Building Homes Since 1994
In 1994, Drew Havrilla built his first house project under the watchful eye of his grandfather, J.C. Bolick. Since the 1950s, J.C. had been constructing residential and commercial buildings in the Washington Metro area. He used his knowledge of the industry to guide his grandson Drew, which equipped him with the needed skills to produce a great output.
After Drew successfully finished his first project, he continued to develop and build houses in the Southern Maryland area including:
- Anne Arundel County
- Calvert County
- Charles County
- St. Mary’s County
